RUSH and SUPER-RUSH APPRAISAL SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE FOR MOST APPRAISAL REPORTS

If you have extenuating and unique circumstances behind the request for an urgent report, please let us know. We will then do our best to accommodate your request for “RUSH” delivery.

Our RUSH service guarantees that your appraisal report is electronically delivered to you within 48 hours of the property inspection (including holidays and weekends) and usually requires an additional 25% charge to our normal appraisal fee.

Our SUPER-RUSH service guarantees that your appraisal report is electronically delivered to you within 24 hours of the property inspection (including holidays and weekends) and typically requires an additional 50% charge to our normal appraisal fee.
